Barrel-aged Spanish SB with some seductive kind of nose that just leads you straight into the depths of a rainy forest. The aging lends natural softness, bringing out a lucious citrus finale. Citrus tones - grapefruit and passion fruit, and a nice mellow acidity from the oak barrel maturing. Lovely wine with seafood.
