There is perfect harmony rendering the entire bouquet extremely rich and complex. The palate reveals the incredible structure of this wine, and the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Recommended with poultry dishes, lobster or scallops, or even a light red meat dish. Ideally served at 14°-16°C.
