NOSE:- Butterscotch and toffee with lemon boiled sweets. Crunchy candy notes continue, with pear drops, barley sugar and travel sweets. Sweet cream develops.PALATE:- Syrupy sweet, with the pear drops and barley sugar from the nose up front, with toffee and lemon behind. Darker notes of barrel char and spicy oak build.FROZEN:- Hide the bottle in the freezer for a bit and you'll get a secret message on the label and a different whisky. It's thicker and richer, with a little bit less sweetness and the spice up front. FINISH:- Short and sweet with butter and pear drops.
