Nose:Very aromatic and fresh. Almost minty, with lovely savoury edge, then measured spiciness comes through. Palate:Incredibly smooth mouthfeel for a rye, this is clean and balanced, then the caraway and fennel seed kicks in. Finish:Appealingly dry spiciness – impressive stuff.
